Delivery

Goods will generally be dispatched the next working day after payment has been received if ordered before 8pm on a working day*. Otherwise your goods will be dispatched the following working day.

We use a next day delivery service and under normal circumstances you can expect to receive your goods within 2 to 3 days dependent on the time of order.

However, although we use a next day delivery service we can not guarantee next working day deliveries as we use third party companies who carry out deliveries for us. Therefore we are unable to accept any responsibility for late deliveries. Please allow up to 7 working days from the time of order for your product to be delivered.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We will email you on the day of despatch; it is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address has a person available to sign. When signing for your item please sign for it "unchecked", if you do not and find it damaged once you have opened the packaging you will not be insured.

Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of the goods any damage should be reported to us in writing within 7 working days*. You will need to provide photographs as an attachment to an email so that we can assess the damage and then we will arrange for any damaged parts to be replaced, or for an exchange or refund of the goods where necessary.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase and receive a full refund at any time within 7 working days* after receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right we must receive written notice by post, fax or email within 7 working days, giving details of the goods ordered, your name and address and order number. Contact details can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page.

Additionally you will be responsible for returning the goods unused to us at your own cost within 7 working days* of receipt of the goods.

When returning goods you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. You must ensure that the goods are packaged in their original packaging in order to avoid damage to the product on its return as items received damaged may not be fully refunded.

Minor Imperfections

These are high quality wooden products that have traveled many miles and passed through many hands before reaching you. You may receive a product with some minor damage such as scratches or chips from the wood. We will not accept returns for these minor blemishes.

Product Care

To protect your chicken coop from water and weather damage treat regularly with an exterior wood preservative (low odour)
